Orders for available items will be processed between 1 to 2 business days after placing the order, after confirming its availability and checking the bank transaction. Some products, such as prints and screen prints (with or without a frame) are made by order, which means that the shipping time can extend beyond 2 business days. There are no shipments on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Porto, Portugal. The carrier used for deliveries in Portugal is CTT Expresso and for the rest of the locations it will be determined by your shipping address.
After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your order along the way.
Delivery times are usually from 9 am to 7 pm on weekdays. If you do not collect the package on the first attempt, a notification will be left in your mailbox so that you can pick up your order at the nearest store.
If, for any reason, the customer refuses to deliver the order, is not available to receive the order or does not withdraw the order as requested by the carrier, shipping charges and import fees related to the automatic return of the order to sender will be charged to the customer. This amount will be deducted from the total value of the parts that will be returned. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transport.
Delivery Times and Shipping Costs
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond our control or related to the shipping company. Once orders are shipped, it will no longer be possible to change the delivery address, so be sure to fill in a correct address when finalizing the purchase.
Shipping costs for each geographic area are calculated at checkout. If you are located outside the European Union, customs fees and / or taxes that we cannot predict may apply. These charges will not appear on your order and we are not responsible for them. If orders are subject to any additional charges, they will be charged directly by the customs of the country of destination. Contact your local customs office for more information.

Taxes and Duties
Shipments may be subject to local import taxes and duties as soon as your order arrives in your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what the additional costs will be with taxes, fees and customs charges. Contact your local customs office for more information.
