The user should read the description of the articles as carefully as possible and, if he has any doubts, he should contact us through our email.

The photographs presented are as similar as possible to the original product, however, due to several factors such as the computer used, color settings or web browser, we cannot guarantee the perfect similarity with the product sent, especially in relation to the colors of the products. The photographs presented have no contractual value.


Stocks

We reserve the right to inform the user, within 72 hours of receiving the order, of the unavailability of any item ordered.

After informing the user of this unavailability, the agreement is automatically determined as to the unavailable item, being guaranteed to the user that he will not incur any costs due to the cancellation of the order regarding the unavailable item, the amount being canceled, in due proportion, refunded on the user's card statement.

The contract will remain and produce its normal effects on the other items eventually requested, unless otherwise specified by the user.


Price

All prices shown on this website are in EUR €.

The exchange rate used by the credit card company may not be exactly the same at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to change product or shipping prices at any time without notice, without affecting orders already placed. The prices of the products will, during the execution of an order and its confirmation, be valid throughout this specific process.

The price shown for each product does not include transport costs for the same. Shipping costs will be added or updated automatically after order completion. Shipping costs will be charged according to the values indicated on our website, calculated according to the country of delivery and the chosen means of shipping.

For all shipments to European Union countries, prices include VAT at the legal rate in force in Portugal.

If you are located outside the European Union, customs fees and / or taxes that we cannot predict may apply. These charges will not appear on your order and we are not responsible for them. Order

The customer who wants to buy a product must:

Payments

We accept payments with ATM and Credit Card - Visa, Mastercard. In case your bank account is in another currency, the exchange rate used to debit your account will be determined automatically by the Bank / Payment Operator and not by us.

We do not store any card number or any type of information related to the act of payment. Please read the terms and conditions of the payment portal chosen for the transaction, as they are responsible for the transactions carried out.

If payment is made by credit card, a pre-authorization can be made to ensure that you have sufficient funds to complete the transaction. After selecting the credit payment option, you must enter the necessary details of your credit card, namely the name of the cardholder, the type of credit card, the number, the validity and the security code of the card and, then confirm the payment. In the unlikely event that we encounter a problem while processing your order, we will contact you and you may need to request more information to try to resolve the problem.
