Returns Policy

All customers are entitled to a refund under the terms of article 6 of Portuguese Decree-Law no. 143/2001, of April 26. The customer has a period of 14 days to terminate the contract without payment of refund and without the need to indicate the reason, which period starts from the day the order is received by the customer. If, for any reason, the customer is not satisfied with the order, the item can be returned up to 30 days for size change or 14 days for refund.

All shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

If you want to return a product, you must send us an email to hello@little-badger.com within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, indicating the order number, product name and explaining that you want to make a return.

If you proceed with your order, you will have to return the products to the address that will be later indicated by us and you will have to bear the costs of that return. All shipping costs and any additional customs fees, taxes or charges that you may incur will not be refunded by us.

In case of total or partial return of the order, we will proceed with the return of the amount paid by the user, without shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed once the returned items are verified and accepted. In the case of orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available in the customer's card account in approximately 10 days or on the following card account statement. Processing time may vary depending on the company providing the credit card.

Returns and exchanges must arrive at our premises within 10 days of shipment and must be returned with all original labels, packaging and other accessories shipped with the order. Returns must be packed in the original box.

If the items are damaged in any way, without a label or without the original packaging, the customer will lose the right to return. We do not accept the return of articles that do not comply with the procedures described here. These items will be returned to the sender, at the original shipping address, at the user's expense.


Exchange Policy

You can exchange the items for another item of equal or greater value (if you choose an item of greater value you will receive an email with the information to proceed with the payment of the surcharge) up to 30 days from the day of receipt of the order. In case of exchange, additional costs will be charged for sending the new item.

As soon as the items to be exchanged are received and verified, the new item will be dispatched between 1 to 2 business days, except for prints with or without a frame, which, once they are made to order, may take longer.

As with returns, any customs duties, taxes or additional costs that the user may incur will not be refunded by us in the event of an item exchange.

Transport Damage / Standard Items

Returning defective items will only be accepted if the items are already defective at the time of delivery to the customer.

We make every effort to carefully check all items for any defects in the items, before proceeding with their shipment.

Before authorizing the return, we reserve the right to request photographic support for defective or improperly shipped goods, the effect of reimbursement of transport costs and import duties.

All items returned as defective will be properly inspected upon receipt and all items subject to normal wear and tear will not be considered defective.

Defective products will be exchanged for an identical product, subject to availability.

If you do not want a replacement item to be sent to you, you must make this request by email.

Defective items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Refunds for defective items will occur within 30 days of receiving the returned items.

If it is not possible to replace the defective item, we will refund the amount paid for the payment method originally used, in the same user.


Balance Returns and Exchanges

All items with reduced prices are final. It will not be possible to return or exchange items at a discount, and the conditions of returns, refunds and exchanges do not apply.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the item. Depending on where you live, the delivery time for the exchanged product may vary.
